Meet Castle Rock Whip It On
Blue smoke male, b. April 8, 2005

Here's Prinse, our massive blue smoke boy. We kept him as a kitten for evaluation, and time went by without either of us daring to suggest that we keep him. What a relief when we finally talked it over and immediately agreed on keeping him!

Unfortunately, Prinse's show carreer was ruined by a recurring abscess above his left eye - after several antibiotic treatments, we had to have it surgically removed, and the resulting scarring above his left eye makes it appear slightly smaller than the right. Too bad, he had some very nice results as a kitten. Thankfully, we're certain that Prinse doesn't mind staying at home. ;-)

Prinse masks classic tabby, thus his genotype: aaddIisstbtbwwo. Both his parents tested negative for the cMyBPC3-mutation (what's this?).

Meet RW QGC MTNest Jackman of Bearcloud
Brown classic tabby male, b. August 3, 2006

Here's Jack-Jack, our latest addition to the cattery. We can hardly believe our luck; it's incredible to be trusted with such a magnificent boy. Our eternal thanks go to David and Judy for trusting us, and to Jean and Jennifer for everything. We love you guys!

Jack-Jack gives hugs, kisses and headbumps like no other cat. He loves everybody, but we like to think he loves us just a little bit more than everyone else. He's smart, loving, playful and very handsome, and we enjoy every minute of his company.

Jack-Jack carries solid and might carry dilute, thus his genotype: AaD-iisstbtbwwo. Both his parents tested negative for the cMyBPC3-mutation (what's this?).

Bearcloud King O-Bongo Bong, black Maine Coon
SGC Bearcloud Candyman
Brown classic tabby male @ 13 months

Meet SGC Bearcloud Candyman
Brown classic tabby male, b. March 1, 2009

We didn't originally plan to keep Candyman, but he sort of just grew on us, and we really wanted to show a kitten, so we ended up keeping him and have not regretted it for one minute. He's a very sweet and goofy cat, very playful and good-natured and handsome, too, if we say so ourselves. He's very feral looking, somewhat old-fashioned, but it's a look we really like.

He's out of RW QGC MTNest Jackman x Bearcloud Yippie Ki-Yay, a combination that we have since repeated, and we look forward to seeing more of his development; right now he's very much a teen.

Candyman might carry both solid and dilute, thus his genotype: A-D-iisstbtbwwo. Both his parents are negative for the cMyBPC3-mutation (what's this?).
