Meet Broadsway Gloria of Bearcloud
Tortoiseshell female, b. April 13, 2005
Gloria is such a sweetheart, taking everything in stride, with a "tortietude" that you can't miss. She's playful, talkative, easy-going and very confident, and we think she's growing more beautiful every day. And in the show ring, she's simply a Diva. Obviously, she knows very well how pretty she is.
Thank you, Jean and Jennifer, for trusting us with this precious girl, and thank you, Marilyn and Jeff, for all your help. We've been dreaming of a tortoiseshell for years - now we know who we were waiting for. Her qualities are just what we needed, and she is indeed a dream come true.

Meet Guldfakse's Boppin' Out of Bearcloud
Blue classic tabby female, b. January 13, 2004
Bops is as mad as a hatter - she considers herself the very peak of evolution, and has inherited her mother's talent for ruling. Her motto is "Divide and Conquer!". But when she allows it, she's the sweetest cat on Earth, with a very loud and rumbling purr that doesn't match her delicate looks. She has a lovely type, and her coat quality is no less than perfect - silky, flowing, never greasy and never matting; now we just need to work on her pattern ;-)
Bops is a kitten from the last litter of Guldfakse kittens, and we can never thank Dortemarie enough for the trust she continually shows us.

Meet Castle Rock Lady Day

Castle Rock Lady Day, or "Finke", was originally sold to friends as a breeding queen. But when they decided to cut back their cattery, they offered us Finke back, and we've never had a moment's regrets.
She's fun, sweet and very ladylike, and a devoted mum to her kittens. Her pedigree includes a lot of our favourite ancestors, and we just love everything about her. Look at those ears! Finke is a totally devoted mum to her kittens, and would have kittens all the time, if left to her own devices. Now, she has to settle with nursing others' kittens whenever she doesn't have any of her own, and she does this with a passion.
Finke carries solid, and might also carry dilute and classic tabby. Thus, her genotype: AaD-iissT-wwoo. She tested negative for the cMyBPC3-mutation (what's this?).

Meet Bearcloud Yippie Ki-Yay
Silver classic tabby female, born October 8, 2007
Here's Yippie, Pil's special cat. She combines three of our favourite founding queens in one cat, and she reminds us of all three. She is very talkative and just adorable when she moves with a speed that will make your head spin, only to get cuddles, of which she will never ever ever have enough!
She is developing nicely, with huge ears, wonderful pattern and a body length to die for, and we look forward to seeing her first kittens sometime in 2009. Yippie carries both solid and dilute, thus her genotype: AaDdIisstbtbwwo. Both her parents tested negative for the cMyBPC3-mutation (what's this?).

Meet CH Bearcloud Hope

"Hop" is born in the summer 2008 to Broadsway Gloria and MTNest Jackman.
Hop is very intelligent, mischievous and outgoing, and her body is one of the best we've ever felt. Long, muscular, heavy and rock-hard, and yet still elegant, feminine and graceful. She has great pattern, great muzzle definition and great chin, and we follow her development holding our breath.
